Any one have luck using Danika with an Arris C4?

Denika Performance Trender™ is a 100% web configurable view into the performance of your IT and IS resources. Denika answers: How much of the resource (network bandwidth, CPU, hard drive, etc.) is being consumed? What is the Up-Time of an important application, server and or network device? Any one have luck using Danika with an Arris C4?

When I go to scan the CMTS It just sit there and hands up like the following picture. I have no problem scanning with other utilities such as Orion NPM and such.

What browser are you using? What version of Denika are you using?

I think that you may need to create the device template for the Arris C4 before attempting to discover. Go to Admin Tools, click on Templates. Then click the "Device" button. This will help you create the device template.

Let me know if you encounter any problems. If you are using FF, try IE or if you are using IE try FF and let me know what works.

Well I had been using FF which worked fine for my Cisco devices but using IE seems to have done the trick.
