Hi AU GEN,

Please make sure your browser is not blocking pop-ups.

What are you seeing when you click on the PDF icon?
Are getting any pop-up error?
Did you try a different browser?

Can you please look into Scrutinizer\Apache\logs\error.log and post the last 3 error logs here?

Hi AU GEN,

These error logs appear to be old. Let's try to make Apache generate new ones.

Can you please click on the PDF report icon multiple times as if you were trying to generate a report. then check if there were any new logs in Scrutinizer\Apache\logs\error.log?

If you are not already running the latest version of Scrutinizer I would recommend upgrading to the latest if you can.

Hi Neil_K ,

I would upgrade to our latest version of Scrutinizer: 8.6.2. There was a known issue with PDF reporting that was fixed in this version. Please let me know if this fixes your issue.

Thanks,
Ben

Hi Neil,

If you go to the admin tab>Settings>Email Server and run a test email, does this work? This uses only a plain text email to send. This will tell me if something is not configure right on the email server or if there is an issue with something else.

Also, make sure that your browser is not blocking and pop ups. The PDF can sometimes be blocked by a pop up blocker.

Thanks,
Ben

Hi Neil,

Was it the wkhtmltox 0.11.0? That is certainly interesting. Thank you for the update on the fix to this.

Thanks,
Ben
