Custom MIB monitoring problem

Hello,
We are implementing a new device template,Netscaler.
We want to add report templates for custom OIDs to this device template.
For OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.5951.4.1.2.10.1.10.5.83.82.86.45.49.8.77.68.84.83.95.77.79.78 (it's an OID for Netscaler services), if we try to test the SNMP GET operation with the SNMP Test Tool of Denika we receive the correct result; but if we use this OID for a custom report template as secondary OID we get an error message like 'SNMP WALK and GET on second OID failed. Please make sure the OID is correct and try again'. Do you have any idea for the solution?

Hello sharabi,

After you test this as a second OID can you send me the last few lines in your apache error log? (\PlixerTools\apache\logs\most recent error log)

Does this OID work if you use it as the first OID instead of the second in your custom template?

Hi again,

I tried to discover the device with just the OID i received error.
Now i didn't get any error messages and it has started to collect data.

but as secondary OID it still gets error.

P.S.
I couldnt upload the txt file so i send you the logs for today but i couldnt see any related error with the issue

hi,

as first OID we dont receive any error but the collected data is always "0" which must be something like 4000 for now.
I cannot attach the log file but i'm writing here the logs for today after trying the OID as secondary OID
