Denika7.0 + What'UP Gold Premium12.4
Dear all,
I want to make these 2 togher, and i did below:
(1) Run the command:
C:\SOE\cgi-bin\denika-util -wu_remote
Configuration Editor. Go to WhatsUp -> Professional settings and change the following entries:
(2)Empty your "Default Map" (you can choose this later)
(3) Make sure you are using the correct DSN (this is "WhatsUp" by default)
(4) Use sa DSN name (default is OK here)
(5) The new sa password: (default is OK here)
(6) Fill in the username and password to access the WUG web interface (default: admin - admin)
(7) Jump down the the "Path". In my case it is: C:\Program Files\Ipswitch\WhatsUp\HTML\NmConsole
(8) In the "Version" field, set this to: 11 (!!!! important it must be 11, otherwise WhatsUp tab doesn't work)
(9) Set your WUG web port and IP Address (for example on our test machine they are 80 and 127.0.0.1)
(10) Click "SAVE"
but after do this , I can't find the what' up tab, can someone tell me the reason.
thanks a lot

Hello,
#7 - change the path to: C:\Program Files\Ipswitch\WhatsUp\
This will give you the WhatsUp tab in Denika, it will be rightmost tab in the Denika web interface.
#8 - You can change this to 12.4, it doesn't have to be v11, and it will reflect the true version if you enter 12.4
#9 - If you will be accessing Denika remotely via web interface, use the ip address of the test machine (not the loopback address of 127.0..01), otherwise the WhatsUp integration will fail from the remote machine.

Hi Joanne,
After I try your opinion, I can't find out the What's UP tab shortcut in Denika, please check the details from the 5.jpg I attached.
But I can access http://IP/cgi-bin/soe.cgi?category=WhatsUp successfully by typing the URL directly. The only problem is the tab shortcut.
