Flow Analytics slowing down Scrutinizer queries

Postby mthiel » Mon Jun 22, 2009 2:19 pm

Has anyone else experienced that when many of the flow analytics gadgets are loaded that Scrutinizer queries take much longer to run?

I am running on an Scrutinizer 6.05 on Linux with an HP DL385 - 8 GB RAM with 1 TB of disk.

When I turn off most of the gadgets everything performs much better.

Anybody notice this on their system?

Hi Mark, I have seen it slow if you have a lot of gadgets in myview. All of the FA gadgets involve database queries. How fast is the disk drive? 15,000 RPM is ideal.

In Scrutinizer v7, you can have multiple MyView tabs which helps considerably. Please call me as I'd like to see this first hand.
