I can't see any results for a valid OID

Hello
I am new to the product and I am trying it out. I have a McAfee Webwasher system. I have used MIB browser from the product itself and using GETIF to confirm for example the SystemCPU time OID. However when I enter this on the template I don't seem to get any results back. The default templates are working so I know I can get to the server through the firewall. If I use the Test option I get a result with the Walk option. This result is something like 0:7953.
