We are going to install Scrutinizer in a Windows Server 2008 which is recommended for areas in production (see server spacification).
Question:
1.- People in charge of server 2008 installation need to know the following:

server 2008 for 32 or 64 bit?
platform must be standard or R2?

Would you mind sending us any other recomendation about the installation of scrutinizer in windows server 2008?
Is it server 2008 the best platform to run scrutinizer for unlimited version?

Waiting your sooner answer.

Hi rfmz2012_sitel2012,

I would recommend the 64-bit R2 version, but Scrutinizer will run on all the platforms you've mentioned.

More importantly than the OS are the hardware requirements, especially in high volume networks.

You can find our hardware recommendations here: http://www.plixer.com/products/netflow- ... ements.php

Thanks,
Paul
