No graph on PDF report

Hi,

We are currently evaluating Scrutinizer to monitor traffic flows in our network. However when running a pdf report, I don't see the graph, just the results. We use wkhtmltopdf version 11.

Would you have any idea what could be causing this ?

I must add that I am running on Windows 7 because we didn't have a server available on short term for testing, but everything else seems to be working fine.

What is the timeframe of the report? In other words, if you see no graph on a 24hr report, do you see one on a 5 min report? Is this occurring on every report that you are trying to PDF?

You call into the pre-sale support line and they can help you with this?

Hi Scott,

I am having the issue with all reports and all the timeframes I tried. It shows fine on the webpage, but when I hit the PDF button, the PDF report it generates just doesn't show it.

I'll try pre-sale support if no-one has had this problem before.

I used this function yesterday after an upgrade, so I know that it works without any issues.

There must be something else going on.
