Not Receiving Flows since Upgrade to 8.6.2

Hello, help please, Im not receiving flows from 80% of our routers since the upgrade to 8.6.2

Any advice?

Hi Neil,

Did you try rebooting the server?

What version did you upgrade from?

Please make sure all the plixer_* services are running.

Also, if your devices have the color "gray" in the web interface, go to Admin->Definitions->Manage Exporters and there, make sure all devices are set to "ACTIVE".

We fixed this last night, and as you say, we had to reset the Manage Exporters to Active as the upgrade had made 80% of them Inactive.

Once reset, worked fine
