Scrutinizer Eval + jFlow

Hi,

We're evaluating scrutinizer and have downloaded the Hyper-V virtual appliance.
It's installed and running ok, but we're unable to see the jFlow data.

The dashboard gadet 'Interfaces' says "Flows Detected, please wait while scrutinizer preapares the initial reports' (We installed this 5 days ago and it still says this)
The other gadgets say "There is currently no data available for this gadget It requires a valid license'

I believe the jFlow is configured ok, as other netflow type applications are able to read the data.

Can anyone assist please.
