New exporter not displaying any interfaces

Scrutinizer is an enterprise/business class NetFlow and sFlow analysis tool. Scrutinizer provides historical trends of the company's critical network interfaces as well as the details on:

Who: The end system causing the traffic
What: The application/protocol that is being used
When: The time frame it has been occurring for
Where: The network connection that is affected

New exporter not displaying any interfaces

Post by Zensquared » Tue Sep 22, 2015 8:58 pm

My network admin recently added a new router with netflow exporting to Scrutinizer. I've configured it with the proper SNMP community string and Scrutiziner was able to identify it as a new router. However, Scrutinizer is showing that all interfaces are inactive and is not attributing any flows to the circuit interface that we want to monitor. My network admin states that he's configured netflow the same as all of our other devices, which are working as expected. Any suggestions to get this figured out?

Hello Zensquared,

This sounds like it could be a configuration issue. Could you post the netflow config here?
