Joanne works in Technical Support and has worked with several other members of the Plixer team in a prior life at Cabletron Systems.

Her background includes advanced technical support on Ethernet, Token Ring and FDDI as well as experience with Cisco router configurations.

She has also worked at Virginian-Pilot/Ledger Star, First National Bank of Portsmouth, Maine Savings Bank, Bath Iron Works, and PixelMedia, as a mainframe programmer, web developer, PC support, and other IT support positions.

Her interests include cats, quilting, reading, riding roller coasters, and snowshoeing. Loves life in Maine, but prefers warmer climates for vacations.
