Replicator Upgrade Guide –

Upgrades are staged in a specific path. 3.1 > 15.12 > 16.9
To upgrade an existing replicator, you can execute the following commands as root from the replicator prompt. The Replicator must be able to reach out to the internet to perform the upgrades.

**Be aware that the upgrade does automatically reboot the replicator**


3.1

Code: Select all

cd /root
Download the Upgrade:

Code: Select all

wget https://files.plixer.com/archive/replicator/3.1/upgrade.sh
Set the Permissions on the installer:

Code: Select all

chmod 755 upgrade.sh
Run the Upgrade:

Code: Select all

./upgrade.sh
15.12

Code: Select all

cd /root
Download the Upgrade:

Code: Select all

wget https://files.plixer.com/archive/replicator/15/upgrade.sh
Set the Permissions on the installer:

Code: Select all

chmod 755 upgrade.sh
Run the Upgrade:

Code: Select all

./upgrade.sh

16.9

Code: Select all

cd /root
Download the Upgrade:

Code: Select all

wget https://files.plixer.com/archive/replicator/16/upgrade.sh
Set the Permissions on the installer:

chmod 755 upgrade.sh
Run the Upgrade:

Code: Select all

./upgrade.sh
**If Fault Tolerance was configured on an earlier version you will need to reconfigure it after the 16.9 upgrade**
