Map / Connections

Scrutinizer is an enterprise/business class NetFlow and sFlow analysis tool. Scrutinizer provides historical trends of the company's critical network interfaces as well as the details on:

Who: The end system causing the traffic
What: The application/protocol that is being used
When: The time frame it has been occurring for
Where: The network connection that is affected

Map / Connections

Post by elang » Wed Feb 12, 2014 2:25 pm

I'm working for a client that is running the free version of Scrutinizer.

They recently added an additional exporter, and I've added the object to a flash map. However, when I try to create a connection between that device and any other, nothing happens when I click the 'Connect" button.

I've tried IE 10, IE 11, firefox and chrome, from both my own machine and from the server itself.

Any ideas? I even tried creating a new map altogether, but cannot add any connections to it.

Thanks!

Hello -

Are you seeing any errors in the Apache log (located in: [Homedir}Scrutinizer/Apache/logs)? if so, could you post the last 20-30 lines. Also what version of Scrutinizer are you running?

Thank you,
Jake
