ASR5000 / ASR5K / Starent

Post by rosbif_35 » Thu Apr 17, 2014 11:51 am

we've just had a great presentation from the chaps at Plixer and I was wondering if anyone in the community had integrated Scrutinizer with a Cisco ASR5k which we use as a GGSN in an MVNO situation.
Thank you in advance

Hi LB,

From what I can tell, the ASR 5000 does not support flow export (TAC can likely confirm).

Just because I've seen things sometimes go undocumented, what OS version are you running?

I pulled the latest configuration guide from Cisco, there are no details in there related to NetFlow export or High Speed Logging (HSL). It looks like Starent did not support NetFlow before being acquired by Cisco and I'm not sure if support for flow export has been added from Cisco
